How to cure your OCD.

- get WHOLE foods
- surround yourself with health, happy people who DON't worry, stress, etc.
- become stress free, minus your life with too many tasks
- read self-help blogs/posts
- live IN THE MOMENT
- read, relax, meditate
- think LOGICALLY as much as possible
- change the way you think, be creative

if you can't CURE your OCD, USE IT

    Which whole foods would you recommend to help with OCD? I have heard that different foods affect the chemicals in the brain and wondered which ones work for you? I know bananas are supposed to be helpful in producing seratonin :) Thank you!
